Inner Circle by Diana was created from a simple idea:
travel should make you feel something real.
Not just another checklist of places, crowded attractions, or “must-see” spots copied from the internet like humanity collectively agreed to experience the world through the same five Instagram reels. Tragic, honestly.
I want to change the way people travel.
For me, it’s not about passive tourism.
It’s about real experiences, meaningful connections, inspiring conversations, discovering local culture from the inside, and meeting the kind of people who change your perspective on life.
Inner Circle is for curious people.
People who are hungry for adventure, creativity, beauty, energy, culture, great food, music, art, and unforgettable moments.
People who want to live fully, connect deeply, and experience places the way locals do.
I want to build a community of people who see travel not as an escape from life, but as a way to feel more alive.
About Diana
My name is Diana, and for most of my life I’ve lived between cultures, cities, and and diverse perspectives shaped by different cultures and experiences.
I spent the last 18 years in Barcelona, building my life, business, and international experience there. Two years ago, I returned to Gdańsk, my hometown, after many years away and started discovering it again with completely new eyes.
Today, I live between these two cities.
They are two completely different worlds, and honestly, two loves of my life.
Barcelona taught me freedom, creativity, energy, spontaneity, and how to truly enjoy life.
Gdańsk reminds me of depth, history, balance, identity, and the beauty of slowing down.
I want to share both of these worlds with others in an authentic way.
For years, I worked with international companies helping create better work environments, supporting office transformations, relocation projects, and making sure people felt taken care of, comfortable, and inspired in the spaces where they spent their time.
In recent years, I focused on organizing workations and experiences for teams and professionals from different countries. That experience showed me something important:
people don’t only need beautiful places.
They need connection, inspiration, energy, and experiences that make them feel alive again.
That’s why I created Inner Circle.
Not only for workations, but also for curated stays, creative escapes, team experiences, cultural trips, private group experiences, and meaningful moments designed around people and their passions.
I love concerts, art, architecture, hidden places, long dinners, beautiful interiors, local culture, and discovering places beyond the obvious.
And this is exactly the energy I bring into every experience I create.
